Will I be locked into a contract?
All our plans are pre-paid on a month-to-month basis over 12 months.
What happens to my site if I cancel?
If you cancel your plan before 12 months, you forfeit your website. If you cancel after 12 months we will assist you in moving your website.
Can I demo the Monster Sites before buying?
Yes! We have fully functional demos installed for viewing.
Is web hosting really included?
Yes. For your first year of service your web and email hosting is covered in your monthly plan.
Are domains included?
No. As domains should be purchased and registered to the owner of the website, we do not purchase domains on your behalf but we will help you get them connected to your website.
What can I sell on my site?
You can sell anything you want on our Ecommerce plan. Physical and virtual products are both supported.
Do you include an SSL certificate?
Yes, all of our sites come with a free SSL certificate from Let’s Encrypt.
Is email hosting included?
No. we recommend using a service like Gmail for Business for your email needs.
Can you customize my site?
Yes all of our website plans include customizations to content and styling of your website.
Which themes are included with my site?
You can choose from 14 different StudioPress themes that we offer currently. Pick the one you like best and we will install and configure it for you.
Can I change my theme at a later time?
Sure! Your plan comes with 1 theme config and design.
If you would like to change to a different theme we can install a new one for you.
Additional theme customizations outside of your 1 included with your plan will be a billable service.
What about security and backups?
Your site is secured and backed up daily on our hosting platform. All of your content will be secure and safe.
Additional charges may incur for restorations.
